General Terms & Conditions for Rewards
  • Images shown in the showcase are only indicative and not actual.
  • It will take eight weeks from the date of submission of the Reward Request Form to the Regional Fleet Services Manager for the delivery of the reward. In case of delay beyond this time period due to reasons beyond the control of BPCL, BPCL will keep the members suitably informed but in no case will BPCL be held responsible.
  • A member may receive his reward directly or as a voucher. If the member receives a voucher, he will have to redeem it at the brand's branch office/outlet.
  • Delivery of rewards will only be made at the addresses as registered with us in India.
  • In case the exact model of merchandise mentioned in the rewards showcase is not available at the time of redemption, BPCL will intimate the member of the status, and may offer another reward of comparable value and nature.
  • Please do take open delivery of rewards from the courier or outlet and do not accept damaged products. Any complaints post acknowledgement will not be BPCL's liability.
  • All taxes and applicable incidental expenditures will be borne by the SmartFleet Member. BPCL will not meet the cost of any tax, which may apply to rewards particular to this programme.
  • All vendor Terms and Conditions including Standard Warranty would apply on the respective rewards. In case of any clarification the vendor is to be contacted directly. The warranty card will be part of the reward that is delivered to the member. Member to follow procedure as detailed in the warranty card.
  • Redeemed Rewards including vouchers are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. Redeemed vouchers must be utilized to the full value of the voucher. Refunds will not be possible
  • The latest rewards list can be viewed on the website of the program - www.mysmartfleet.com
  • Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. The latest Terms and Conditions are available on request or can be viewed on the website of the program - www.mysmartfleet.com. In the event of a dispute, the Terms and Conditions on the website of the program shall prevail.
Terms & Conditions for Vouchers
  • If a SmartFleet member opts for a voucher he/she will receive an authorisation letter/voucher with the contact details of the participating member establishment.
  • The member needs to ensure that he accepts/receives the voucher in the envelope in which the seal is not torn / tampered with.
  • Vouchers are available for redemption only in select cities. Please refer to individual voucher condition for list of available cities.
  • All vouchers can only be redeemed at the dealer outlet / branch that is mentioned on the voucher. While redeeming a voucher, the member will need to produce a photo document for identification. A photocopy of the document will be retained for the records.
  • Any additional cost over and above the face value of the voucher is to be borne by member directly.
  • BPCL does not bear any liabilities or responsibilities for lost vouchers and credit will not be given for unclaimed and unutilised vouchers.
  • A reward voucher is valid for rewards only as mentioned on the voucher and as per the terms and conditions mentioned.
  • BPCL will not be responsible for vouchers lost by members and duplicate vouchers will not be issued. Credit will not be given for unclaimed and unutilized vouchers.
  • The following vouchers will be received as product vouchers: LG & Whirlpool. The following vouchers will be received as value vouchers: Raymond’s,Apollo, Bajaj Motors and The MobileStore Voucher.
  • In the case of branch office pick-up, the member will need to call up the branch office at the numbers mentioned in the voucher and co-ordinate a time at which he will have to personally visit the branch office.
  • For Whirlpool Vouchers can be redeemed at their branches only in the following cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Dehradun, Delhi, Faridabad, Goa, Ghaziabad, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Parwanoo, Patna, Pondichery, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Surat, Vishakapatnam, Zirakhpur.
  • LG vouchers can be redeemed at their branches in the following cities: Ahmedabad, Asansol, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Goa, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hubli, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Kundli, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Silchar, Surat, Thane, Varanasi, Vijaywada, Warangal.
  • For Apollo Tyres, members will receive an authorisation letter/value voucher specifying the closest Apollo Tyres’ authorized dealer that the member can visit to redeem his reward.
  • For Bajaj Motors, members will receive an authorisation letter/value voucher specifying the closest Bajaj dealer that the member can visit to redeem his reward.
  • The MobileStore Vouchers can be redeemed against purchase of any product sold from “The MobileStore” located anywhere in India. However the voucher cannot be redeemed against repair service rendered by “The MobileStore”. The voucher can not be redeemed for e-purchases on The MobileStore website. The voucher is not valid at a store where “The MobileStore” is not independently operating but in the presence of other brand/s (popularly known as ‘Shop–in-Shop’).“The MobileStore” reserves the right to alter any/all the terms and conditions of this Gift Voucher any time without prior notice. Any disputes arising out of the Gift Voucher shall be referred to the Company and the decision of the company thereon shall be final and binding.
